Utah customers of T-Mobile experiencing an apparent service outage
T-Mobile customers in Utah are experiencing an apparent service outage, according to multiple reports on social media and DownDetector.
The outage began around 10:30 a.m. MST and is affecting customers in the Salt Lake City area, as well as other parts of the state.
T-Mobile has not yet confirmed the outage, but the company is investigating the issue.
Customers are reporting that they are unable to make or receive calls, send or receive text messages, or access the internet.
Some customers are also reporting that they are experiencing problems with their T-Mobile TV service.
It is unclear what is causing the outage, but T-Mobile is working to restore service as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, customers who are experiencing problems with their T-Mobile service can try the following:
- Restart your phone.
- Check to see if there is a software update available for your phone.
- Contact T-Mobile customer service.
