T-Mobile Says Issues Resolved After Thousands of Users Report Outage Tuesday Afternoon

T-Mobile users across the country reported problems with their service Tuesday afternoon. The company said the issues have now been resolved.
According to Downdetector, a website that tracks outages, T-Mobile customers began reporting problems around 12:30 p.m. ET. The problems peaked around 1 p.m. ET, with more than 10,000 users reporting issues.
Users reported problems with making and receiving calls, sending and receiving texts, and using data. Some users also reported problems with their T-Mobile apps.

T-Mobile said in a statement that the issues have been resolved. The company said the outage was caused by a network issue.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused,” T-Mobile said in a statement. “We are working to ensure that this does not happen again.”
