Ole Miss Playoff Games to Hit the Big Screen at Local Movie Theaters

The Grove Theaters to Host Watch Parties for Rebel Fans

OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss fans will have a new way to cheer on the Rebels this postseason as select playoff games will be shown on the big screen at The Grove Theaters in Oxford.

The theater will host watch parties for the Rebels’ first two College Football Playoff games, with the potential for more if Ole Miss advances. The first watch party will be held on Saturday, December 31st, for the Rebels’ semifinal matchup against the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs.

The theater will open its doors three hours prior to kickoff for each game, with food and beverages available for purchase. Tickets for the watch parties will be $10 in advance or $15 at the door.

‘A Great Way to Bring the Community Together’

“We’re excited to offer this unique opportunity for Ole Miss fans to come together and cheer on the Rebels in the playoffs,” said Grove Theaters General Manager John Markley. “We think it’s going to be a great way to bring the community together and create a memorable experience for everyone involved.”
