The Jayhawks led by just four points at halftime, but they pulled away in the second half to secure the victory. Jalen Wilson led the way for Kansas with 22 points. Gradey Dick added 18 points, Kevin McCullar had 17 points, and Ernest Udeh Jr. had 12 points. Joey Hauser led the way for Michigan State with 19 points. AJ Hoggard added 14 points and Jaxon Kohler had 11 points. The Champions Classic is an annual event that features four of the top teams in college basketball. This year's event was held in Indianapolis, Indiana.
