Ducks' big man has put together another strong performance to help his team to a win
Oregon men's basketball center Nate Bittle has continued his impressive start to the season with another strong performance in the Ducks' 84-66 victory over Montana on Monday night.
Bittle's dominant performance against the Grizzlies
Bittle finished the game with 16 points and 13 rebounds, marking his third double-double of the season. He also added 3 blocks and 2 assists to his stat line.
The 6-foot-11 center was a force in the paint for the Ducks, making 7-of-13 shots from the field and converting both of his free throw attempts.
Bittle's strong start to the season
Bittle's performance against Montana was just the latest in a string of strong performances for the Ducks' big man.
Through the first four games of the season, Bittle is averaging 14.8 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 3.0 blocks per game.
He is shooting 63.6% from the field and has recorded a double-double in three of Oregon's four games.
Bittle's impact on the Ducks
Bittle's strong play has been a key factor in the Ducks' 4-0 start to the season.
He has provided the Ducks with a physical presence in the paint and has been a force on the boards.
Bittle's emergence has also helped to take some pressure off of Oregon's guards, who have been struggling with their shooting.
With Bittle continuing to play at a high level, the Ducks will be a tough team to beat this season.
