Mychal Thompson, father of Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson, expects Draymond Green to commit a flagrant foul on his son in retaliation for a hard foul in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals.Thompson Sr. Sounds Off
“I think Draymond is going to try to send a message to Klay,” Mychal Thompson said on SiriusXM NBA Radio. “He’s going to try to make him pay for that foul.”
The elder Thompson also believes that Green's foul was intentional.
"I think it was a dirty play," Mychal Thompson said. "I think he was trying to hurt Klay."
Green's History
Green has a history of committing flagrant fouls. In the 2016 NBA Finals, he was suspended for Game 5 after hitting LeBron James in the groin.
In the 2018 Western Conference Finals, he was fined $25,000 for a flagrant foul on James Harden.
