Ciara's Month-Long Online Auction Raised Money for Seattle Children's Hospital
Ciara's month-long online auction came to an end on Sunday (June 19), and the singer is thanking her "angels" for helping her raise an impressive $17 million for Seattle Children's Hospital.
The "Level Up" singer took to Instagram to share her gratitude for everyone who participated in the auction, which featured items donated by Ciara and her celebrity friends, including Rihanna, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z.
"I am so grateful for each and every one of you who participated in our auction and helped us reach our goal of $17 million for @SeattleChildrens," Ciara wrote.
Ciara's Fundraising Efforts
Ciara's auction was part of her month-long #GivingTuesdayNow campaign, which aimed to raise money for children's hospitals across the country.
The auction featured a wide range of items, including a signed guitar from Ed Sheeran, a pair of sneakers from LeBron James, and a dress worn by Ciara herself.
In addition to the auction, Ciara also hosted a virtual concert and a live Q&A session with fans.
Ciara's Gratitude
Ciara's Instagram post was full of gratitude for everyone who helped make her fundraising campaign a success.
"Thank you to all of the angels who donated items, bid on items, and spread the word about our campaign," Ciara wrote.
